Elise Ain Adamsrød

Elise is an artist with an education in Fine Art at Trondheim Art Academy (2024), art photography at Oslo Photo Art Schol, and a BA in musicology and journalism.

She works with video, photography, sound, text, textiles, dance and performance to explore issues of body, nature, psychology, and traumas. This often takes form as installation works where she applies a kind of world-building with surprising juxtapositions. Ecological re-thinking and body awareness become a key to learning better ways of being-with the world, and ecofeminism and questions of non-binary thinking are important. The entanglements of the world are multifaceted.
